# Terms of use

Updated 2026-10-10.

## The directory

Wrenchmap lists workshops from public business information. Listings are information, not recommendations: we do not inspect, rate or guarantee any workshop. Hours and contact details change; check with the workshop before you go.

## Quotes and work

Quotes come from the workshops. Any agreement for work is between you and the workshop, which is responsible for its quote and its work.

## Guides and tools

Guides and tools are general guidance. Prices are published ranges with their sources, not quotes; rules are summarised from LTA, CCCS and the insurers' Motor Claims Framework, which are the authority. The inspection tool gives an estimate; your exact due date is on OneMotoring.

## Workshop owners

Owners may claim, correct or remove their listing. Paid options never change the facts shown on a listing.
